研究方向:

钙离子信号的生理、病理条件下的生物学功能研究。主要方向:1)钙信号以及钙离子通道在心脏以及心脑血管相关生理、病理过程中的机制研究;2)局部空间钙离子在调控特殊细胞中自噬及其相关疾病中的作用。自噬是由自噬体包裹胞质组分并运送到溶酶体降解的过程,自噬异常与多种人类疾病密切相关。钙离子信号广泛参与自噬的各个步骤。
