Personal Profile

Li Tingting, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, School of Basic Medical Sciences, Peking University, a Boya distinguished professor,tenure-track professor. She is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (2024-2028) and a young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education (2021-2024). She obtained a doctoral degree from the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University in 2009. She has undertook important scientific research projects such as the National Key Research and Development Program of China, and published over 50 SCI papers in journals such as PNAS, Nature Chemical Biology, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, etc. Member of the Bioinformatics and Artificial Life Special Committee of the Chinese Society for Artificial Intelligence; Member of the Intelligent Health and Bioinformatics Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation; Member of the Bioinformatics Committee of the Chinese Computer Society; Vice President of the Molecular Phase Separation and Phase Transition Branch of the Biophysics Society.


Research direction

Her lab focuseson the intelligent analysis and application of biomolecule phase separation, establishing high-throughput detection methods and data platforms, exploring new features and construct multimodal prediction algorithms, building target identification and targeted drug screening platforms, and providing new solutions for regulating phase separation intervention in disease progression.
