Personal Profile

Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor, serving as the Deputy Director of the Department of Human Anatomy, Histology and Embryology at Peking University Health Science Center. Has presided over 13 scientific research grants, including 4 projects from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 from the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. Published 20 research papers, with recent first/corresponding author (including co-author) publications in prestigious journals such as Nature Communications, Journal of Cell Biology (2 papers), and Journal of the American Society of Nephrology. Served as associate editor or contributor to 14 textbooks. Led 5 teaching projects, including industry-academia collaboration initiatives supported by the Ministry of Education and corporate partnerships. As course leader, developed multiple courses, including the AI-powered course "Histology and Embryology.


Awards and honors 

First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award; Huang Tingfang/Xinhe Outstanding Young Scholar Award; Second Prize and Most Popular Teacher Award in the 10th The Beijing Colleges and Universities Youth Teacher Teaching Fundamental Skills Competition (BCUTC); Second Prize for Outstanding Paper at the Chinese Cancer Congress (CCO); and the Third "Li Jishuo Outstanding Youth Paper Award" from the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences.

Concurrently holds positions including: Member of the Histology and Embryology Branch of Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences; Standing Committee Member and Deputy Secretary-General of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences; Member of the Matrix Biology Committee of the Chinese Association for Physiological Sciences; Youth Member of the Protein Modification and Diseases Committee of the Chinese Association of Pathophysiology; Standing Council Member of the Beijing Society for Anatomy; Editorial Board Member of Chinese Journal of Histochemistry and Cytochemistry; and Youth Editorial Board Member of Acta Anatomica Sinica.
