Research Direction

(1) Structure and function of free light chains (FLCs) derived from non-B cells

(2) Functional and molecular mechanisms of a novel molecule, CCDC134, in tumor progression

(3) Collaborative interdisciplinary research with clinical hospitals on tumor immunotherapy

Personal profile

Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Peking University in 2003, and obtained a Ph.D. in Immunology from Peking University in 2008. She has been working at Peking University since completing her Ph.D. In 2014, she was sponsored by the China Scholarship Council to be a visiting scholar at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, USA. Her research focused on the structure and function of non-B cell-derived immunoglobulins, during which she identified a novel immunologically active molecule and revealed its function and molecular mechanism in tumor immunity. Her related research work has been published in over 30 papers as first (including co-first) or corresponding author in journals such as  Cancer Research ,  Cellular & Molecular Immunology , and  Brain, Behavior, and Immunity . She holds 5 authorized invention patents. She has presided over several major research projects, including the National Major Drug Discovery Program and General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has received awards including the 5th Young Investigator Award from the Chinese Society of Immunology and the Young Scholar Award from the Beijing Society for Immunology. She currently serves as a council member of the Beijing Society for Immunology and a member of the Professional Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine Immunology.
