Research Direction

Focusing on anti-inflammatory immunopharmacology research, he proposed the concept of "drug-target space (DTS)", independently developed an AI-based drug target screening technology, and conducts basic research on innovative drugs for major immune-related diseases.

Chu Ming, Member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Medicine, Professor. He serves as Deputy Director of the Faculty Teaching Development Center and Deputy Director of the Department of Immunology at Peking University School of Basic Medical Sciences. He is also a Distinguished Young Teacher of Beijing, an expert for the Accreditation of Clinical Medicine Programs of the Ministry of Education, Director of the Chinese Association for Birth Health Science, Secretary-General of the Popular Science and Teaching Committee of the Beijing Society for Immunology, and Editorial Board Member of both  Chinese Journal of Immunology and  Journal of Immunology . Chu Ming has built an intelligent curriculum community for immunology, proposed the concept of AI-based Education (AIBE), established the AIBE paradigm, and promoted Selective Learning (SL). He is the chief editor of the digital textbook  Medical Immunology and has participated in compiling 20 textbooks in total.

The Integrated Laboratory of Pathogens and Immunology at Peking University includes the following members: Associate Professor Yintong Xue, Lecturer Lijun Wang, Associate Senior Technicians Yan Li and Jie Hao, Senior Technician Yuan Liu, and Postdoctoral Fellow Can Zhu.

Ming Chu has presided over 16 scientific research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He has published more than 100 academic papers in journals such as  Science Advances , and obtained 7 authorized national patents, 1 authorized Australian patent, and 41 national computer software copyrights.
