Research Direction

(1)Tumor Immunology and Lipid Metabolism

(2)Respiratory Diseases and Lipid Metabolism

Personal profile

Dr. Jin’s research focuses on T-cell development, differentiation, and lipid metabolism. Her work integrates transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenetics, and lipidomics to elucidate the phenotypic development, differentiation, function, and metabolism of T cells in the thymus and peripheral tissues. Recent studies explore: 1. Effects of fatty acids on lymphocyte function in the tumor microenvironment and underlying metabolic mechanisms. 2. Lipid metabolism regulation of lymphocyte function in intestinal and hepatic tissues.3. Mechanisms of lysophospholipids in asthma pathogenesis. She has published over 40 papers in prestigious journals ( European Respiratory Journal ,  Cell Reports ,  Cancer Research ,  PNAS ,  Cell Mol Immunol , etc.), including 20 as first/corresponding author, and holds 1 patent.
