Research Direction

Cancer Immunometabolism:Metabolic Regulation of Immunity;Metabolic Checkpoint Immunotherapy

Personal profile

Focusing on metabolism-immune regulation, this research investigates tumor metabolic disorders, particularly how oxidative stress and glycolysis modulate and remodel infiltrating T cell function. These studies provide new theoretical foundations and therapeutic targets to overcome metabolic constraints in the tumor microenvironment and enhance immunotherapy efficacy. The researcher has led four projects, including grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. With over 30 corresponding-author publications in prestigious journals such as Nature Immunology, Science Immunology, and PNAS, along with five patent applications (three granted) and over 600 Google Scholar citations, the work demonstrates significant academic impact.
