Tumor immunotherapy and identification of potential therapeutic targets in tumor microenvironment
Personal Profile
Engaged in long-term research on the identification of therapeutic targets for tumor immunotherapy and their clinical application exploration. Identified multiple novel cancer-testis antigens and conducted preclinical studies on genetically engineered T cells and personalized vaccines based on tumor neoantigens. Discovered novel mechanisms by which cancer-testis antigens promote tumor development and progression. As the first author or corresponding author, has published multiple articles in international journals such as Oncogene , International Journal of Cancer , and British Journal of Cancer , and has been granted four national invention patents. As the principal investigator, has led multiple research projects, including the Ministry of Science and Technology's 863 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Beijing Natural Science Foundation. Awarded the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the Ministry of Education of China, the Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, and the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award. Currently serves as a committee member of the Autoimmune Diseases Branch of the Chinese Society for Immunology and as an expert reviewer for medical device evaluations at the China Food and Drug Administration.
