Research

Genome Instability and Transcriptional Reprogramming in Cancer.

Goals and Approaches

By profiling the genetic, epigenetic and transcriptomic characteristics of cancer cells and tissues at bulk or single-cell resolution, using approaches such as massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) and high-throughput screening by CRISPR-based genetic/epigenetic editing or prime editing, and capturing the 3D genome architecture by CAPTURE-3C or HiChIP, we are decoding transcriptional reprogramming in cancer and developing strategies for therapy.
