简介:亓超,研究员,北京大学基础医学院生物物理系博士生导师,北京大学神经科学研究所双聘PI。入选国家海外高层次人才计划,北京大学博雅青年学者。长期从事细胞信号转导, 神经退行性疾病及结构生物学等领域研究,围绕细胞信号转导中关键蛋白的信号传递与工作机理,tau疾病中tau纤维结构等取得了一系列具有重要意义的原创性科研成果。1)系统性研究cAMP信号转导通路中关键蛋白腺苷酸环化酶9的催化机制,揭示了AC9的自抑制机制,并开发特异性结合AC9的DARPin工具,全面阐述了AC9的激活机理。2)阐述了Hedgehog信号通路中PTCH1与其配体hedgehog相互作用并激活Hedgehog信号通路的机制。3)阐述了间隙连接蛋白Connexin32,Connexin43的“开放”与“关闭”机制,揭示了脂类分子在调节Connexin功能中的重要作用。4)解析tau突变体及地方性tau疾病中tau纤维结构,丰富了基于结构的tau疾病分类。

迄今为止,以第一作者(含共同第一作者)在Science (2019),Nature Structural & Molecular Biology (2025),Science Advances (2019,2023),Nature Communications (2022),PNAS (2023), eLife (2023), Acta Neuropathologica(2024) 等杂志发表一系列重要论文,多次受邀在国际会议进行报告,为eLife, Science Advances, Nature杂志审稿人。

亓超实验室聚焦于跨膜信号转导,神经退行性疾病等领域,并开发原位结构生物学冷冻断层显微成像方法,为进一步的药物研发和临床转化奠定理论基础。
