研究方向
主要研究细胞骨架对细胞迁移和肿瘤转移的影响。
课题组关注细胞骨架、细胞黏附结构对机械力信号的响应以及对细胞迁移和肿瘤转移的影响。应用原子力显微镜(AFM)、微流控体系、相分离体外重构、高时空分辨率活细胞成像、图像分析和多组学平台,并进行深入的临床合作,开展机械力信号—蛋白质相分离—细胞黏附结构组成和功能—细胞迁移和能量代谢—肿瘤发生发展等多层次、跨学科的研究。
