个人简介

梅帆,预聘制助理教授,副研究员,博士生导师。2008年获北京大学学士学位,2011年获北京大学博士学位(基础医学八年制,导师:柯杨、鲁白)。2007-2010年美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)访问学者。长期致力于神经系统疾病的遗传易感性和致病机制研究。基于临床队列的组学数据,进行高通量功能性筛选;结合人源性类脑器官疾病模型和动物模型,鉴定疾病易感基因和非编码区功能性变异,解析致病机制,发现疾病干预新靶点。近五年,以第一作者或通讯作者(含并列)在Cell Research, Nature Communications, Cell Reports, EMBO Reports等期刊发表论文。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,北京市自然科学基金面上项目等。获华夏医学科学技术三等奖、北京大学教学优秀团队奖等。
