个人简介
2001年于西安交通大学获得博士学位,同年在北京大学神经科学研究所做博士后研究,2003年8月任北京大学神经科学研究所讲师,2004年晋升副教授。2004年至2006年先后在美国Sanford Burnham Prebys(SBP)医学研究所和威斯康星大学神经科学系做高级访学。2013年至今任北京大学神经科学研究所教授。主要从事慢性痛、干细胞与神经发育障碍性疾病及营养与脑发育机制研究。主持和承担包括国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划项目、国家重点基础研究发展计划(科技部“973”计划)课题、国家重大科研仪器研制项目、国家卫健委行业专项基金、科技创新特区项目等多项国家级与省部级课题,在Advanced Materials, Molecular Psychiatry, Cell Communication and Signaling, Brain Behavior and Immunity, Journalof Neuroinflammation,The Journal of Neuroscience, Pain, Science Signaling等国内外学术期刊上发表研究论著100余篇。参加编写《神经科学》、国家卫健委“十三五”、“十四五”规划教材《生理学》(第9版、第10版),以及《康复生理学》(第2版、第3版)(人民卫生出版社)等教材和专著10部。获得北京市自然科学奖二等奖、北京市科学技术奖二等奖、中国针灸学会科学技术奖二等奖等奖项。

研究兴趣
(1)疼痛与记忆、认知和情绪机制研究:采用分子生物学、细胞生物学、行为药理学、基因组学、代谢组学和单细胞测序的方法,结合神经示踪、活体钙成像、电生理学、光遗传学、化学遗传学和表观遗传学技术,从分子、细胞水平,突触水平,以及神经网络水平来研究离子通道与慢性痛的感觉、认知和负性情绪机制,包括疼痛记忆、认知障碍、焦虑、抑郁及其共病的中枢神经网络机制。
(2)干细胞与神经发育障碍性疾病研究:采用细胞重编程技术,利用化学小分子诱导人尿源性和血源性诱导多能干细胞(iPSCs),定向分化神经细胞、体外培养脑类器官,建立神经发育障碍性疾病的细胞模型及脑类器官模型;结合上述各种神经生物学技术和组学方法,研究神经发育障碍性疾病的发病机制;结合基因编辑技术进行疾病的干预措施研究。
(3)营养与脑发育机制研究:运用线虫、人脑类器官和小鼠模型,采用基因组学、代谢组学、结合神经示踪、活体钙成像、电生理学、光遗传学、化学遗传学和表观遗传学技术,研究多种营养成分在早期脑发育中的作用及机制。
