个人介绍

于2018年在南开大学获得博士学位,随后在美国纪念斯隆凯特琳癌症研究中心从事博士后研究工作(2018年-2023年),于2023年加入北京大学国际癌症研究院。近 5 年,参与发表 SCI 论文 20 余篇,包括Nature,Cell Research,Blood,Cell,Cell Stem Cell,Nature Genetics,Advanced Science,BMC Biology,Nature Communications,Nucleic Acids Research,Journal of Cell Biology,Cell Reports等。获授权专利1项(第一申请人),任BMC Cancer和BMC Molecular And Cell Biology科学编委。


研究兴趣和方向

表观遗传调控是决定细胞命运的核心要素,其与转录因子、基因突变等调控途径共同影响了细胞的增殖、代谢、分化和衰老、死亡等过程,因此在胚胎发育障碍和肿瘤等重大疾病中,表观因子的异常变化往往起着至关重要的作用。深入和精准解析表观遗传修饰(酶)和其相关因子在转录调控及细胞命运决定和肿瘤发生中的作用可以为肿瘤的靶向治疗提供新的参考依据和可行方案。主要研究方向: 1)肿瘤组蛋白修饰的表观遗传和转录调控新机制;2)肿瘤铁死亡的特异性表观遗传调节机制;3)肿瘤端粒与端粒酶的表观遗传调控机制。
