研究方向
课题组主要围绕阿尔茨海默病(AD)及相关神经退行性疾病的预防、诊断和治疗开展研究工作:(1)从分子-细胞-神经环路-整体水平,研究AD病理机制,针对其中关键靶点开发治疗药物。目前主要以tau蛋白病变为关注重点。(2)探讨通过诱导神经再生治疗AD的相关问题。(3)AD诊断生物标志物发现、风险因素解析。
个人简介
2012年毕业于华中科技大学生物医学工程专业,获工学学士学位,2017年于北京大学获医学神经生物学博士学位,2017-2020年于华中科技大学同济医学院王建枝教授实验室从事博士后研究工作,后于遵义医科大学任教两年,2022年入职北京大学医学部神经生物学系,建立实验室。
