生物大分子是细胞活动的主要的参与者和执行者。发生在DNA及组蛋白上的表观遗传修饰影响染色质状态,调控基因转录、复制、损伤修复等一系列分子事件。表观遗传修饰酶常利用中间代谢物作为催化反应的辅助因子,因此表观遗传调控还与细胞代谢密切相关。本课题组主要研究表观遗传调控因子的功能机制,其与细胞代谢动态变化的联系,及其在机体发育和肿瘤发生发展中的作用。
个人简介:
北京大学医学部(原北京医科大学)临床医学系本科、儿科学硕士,美国马里兰大学(University of Maryland, Baltimore)细胞与分子生物学博士。2004年回国加入基础医学院生化系,长期专注于肿瘤分子生物学及表观遗传调控的分子机理。2017-2018年在贝勒医学院(Baylor College of Medicine)做访问学者,从事代谢及神经系统的研究。任中国生化学会医学分会青年委员会委员、中国医药教育协会转化医学专业委员会常务委员。先后主持教育部新世纪人才项目、科技部973课题、国家自然基金委国际合作项目、多个面上项目、以及北医-密执根转化医学联合基金等。在 Molecular Cell , Science Advances , Nature Communications , EMBO Journal 等有影响力的国际学术期刊发表一系列研究论文,获国家发明专利两项,并担任 Molecular Cancer , EMBO Reports , FASEB Journal , JBC 等杂志审稿人。
