北京大学心血管研究所副所长,北京大学基础医学院党委委员,北大博雅特聘教授;全国重点实验室主任助理,基础医学院心脑血管和代谢学科群副主任。国家“万人计划”科技创新领军人才(万人2023);国家“万人计划”青年拔尖人才(青拔2015);国家“优秀青年基金”获得者(优青2014;教育部“新世纪人才”人才基金作为第一完成人获得2022年北京医学科技奖一等奖和2022年度北京市科学技术奖二等奖。主持国自然血管重大等7项国自然基金,作为项目负责人(2023)参加科技部重大专项等5项,主持北京市重点基金(2023)等3项与京津冀联合基金(2023)。

心血管代谢与蛋白质组学研究室主任(PI),教授,博士生导师,专业为心血管病理生理学。本科毕业于北京师范大学化学系,本科毕业后进入中国科学院理化所工作,2000年进入全美心脏科第一的美国克利夫兰医院(Cleveland Clinic)攻读临床生物分析化学博士。博士毕业后留克利夫兰医院所属生物医学公司工作。2007年作为“985”引进人才进入北京大学心血管所担任副教授、研究室主任;2014年担任博士生导师,并担任基础医学院党委委员;2015担任北京大学基础医学院研究员(正高),博士生导师;2018年担任心血管研究所副所长,重点实验室主任助理;2024年担任北大博雅特聘教授,新体制长聘正教授。现担任中华医学会心血管分会基础学组委员,中国心胸血管麻醉学会精准医学分会副秘书长,北京生理协会血管分会糖脂代谢组组长,中国药理学会心血管药理专业委员会委员,中国脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会委员。曾任中国研究型医院协会心血管循证和精准医学专业委员会副主任委员,中国脂质与脂蛋白专业委员会青年副主任委员。共发表SCI文章135篇,其中98篇SCI责任作者,SCI引用超6690次(h-index 39);Researchgate(https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Lemin-Zheng)。主要作者文章(通讯作者含共同通讯, 其中IF大于等于10分为27篇;IF大于等于20分为9篇)包括

研究方向:

1. 代谢途径影响心脑血管稳态和疾病机制研究。心脏和血管功能稳态与其代谢状态密切相关,代谢途径广泛参与心脑血管疾病(如动脉瘤、心梗、卒中等)的发生发展,代谢调控是继基因调控、蛋白调控之后一个重要的研究领域。团队发现多种代谢分子和途径参与心血管疾病的新病理生理学机制及其中的关键靶点蛋白,包括巨噬细胞通过释放琥珀酸激活炎症反应;细胞连接蛋白Cx43通过调控NAD+水平维持脑血管内皮屏障功能稳态;在动脉瘤状态下平滑肌细胞GSDMD介导腐胺释放和表型转换;apo(a)等脂代谢与脂蛋白等信号通路影响心血管系统的新机制等。

2. 发现内源性和肠道菌群来源的新活性因子及其代谢调控作用。在心脑血管疾病相关人群样本中,我们通过多组学方法鉴定得到了多个活性因子,并发现其对代谢相关疾病如糖尿病、脂肪肝、肿瘤等的作用及机制。其中,我们证实内源性因子膜联蛋白A1在动脉夹层、糖尿病肾病和肥胖中作用于不同细胞类型并发挥了保护作用,血管内皮代谢调控了肿瘤中血管新生及肿瘤进展等。肠道菌群是人体代谢的另一个重要来源,疾病过程中肠道菌群紊乱产生的代谢谱变化又进一步影响了疾病进程,从而产生了肠心轴、肠脑轴、肠肝轴等新的理论体系。团队在首次鉴定得到新的肠道菌群代谢产物三甲基氨基戊酸(TMAVA)并阐明其加重脂肪肝和心脏肥大作用机制,也开发了针对重要肠道菌群活性代谢产物氧化三甲胺(TMAO)的质谱检测方法并发现其在卒中、肺动脉高压中的新病生理功能。通过代谢的干预以及代谢相关调控,我们对心脑血管疾病和代谢相关疾病的治疗提出了新的思路与见解。

3. 结合新材料新技术开展心脑血管相关诊断与治疗转化医学研究。应用新技术开发心脑血管疾病诊断和治疗方法,包括使用生物纳米材料搭载成像基团或药理成分实现动脉斑块等疾病的非侵入性成像或靶向治疗,使用分子探针和结构预测开发纠正疾病代谢紊乱的相关药物,优化临床质谱检测方法开发心脑血管疾病多指标综合预警体系等,助力心脑血管的诊断与治疗能够在新赛道上继续发展。
