  王丽超博士主要从事细胞衰老所致机体衰老及老年性疾病的机制和药物干预研究,以第一(含共同第一)作者在Cell Metabolism (x 2)、Nature AgingPNASEbioMedicine等杂志发表多篇论文,构建了可体内追踪和调控衰老细胞的新型p21-cre工具小鼠并发现了肥胖和衰老相关的p21high衰老细胞群;建立了靶向p21high细胞群改善机体代谢功能紊乱、减轻衰老组织功能退化以及延长健康寿命的策略;应用天然产物有效延缓了机体衰老并显著改善了衰老相关疾病如代谢功能紊乱、骨质疏松症等。课题组长期招收研究生和博士后,欢迎加入!
