研究方向

1. 慢性神经病理痛发生发展的外周及中枢机制。

2. 药物成瘾记忆形成、消退和唤起过程中的神经元突触可塑性及其分子机制。

3. 孤独症的感觉异常及认知障碍的神经机制。


研究特长

在外周神经系统进行清醒小动物双光子成像,在中枢神经系统进行活体双光子、光纤光度法记录,脑电及离体脑片及细胞电生理记录。同时实验室具有成熟的环路示踪、光遗传、化学遗传学调控技术,可实现对清醒小动物进行实时行为学观察,对神经元、胶质细胞甚至是亚细胞结构进行活体观察,并对小动物进行光化学调控观察细胞及行为水平改变。同时,实验室也具有成熟的分子生物学尤其是表观遗传学相关研究手段及技术。实验室长期致力于探究感觉障碍及药物成瘾过程中神经可塑性的关键改变,以期寻找良好的临床药物靶点。
