孙露洋 教授

个人简介

      孙露洋,教授,博士生导师,国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金获得者,入选中组部青年拔尖人才和教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。实验室长期聚焦病理生理状态下的表观遗传调控机制,关注细胞如何将复杂多变的微环境信号“编译”为具有时空特异性的基因转录程序。围绕这一科学问题,系统开展代谢信号、应激适应及疾病脆性节点的机制研究,相关成果发表于Cell MetabolismMolecular Cell 等国际学术期刊。主持国家自然科学基金原创探索计划项目、科技部国家重点研发计划子课题、北京市重点专项等多项科研项目。“乳腺癌发生发展的表观遗传机制”获国家自然科学二等奖(第四完成人)。以第一发明人申请国际PCT专利2项(授权1项)、中国发明专利5项(授权3项)。


研究领域

高等真核生物的基因组DNA缠绕组蛋白八聚体形成核小体,并进一步折叠为具有层级结构的染色质。染色质并非静态支架,而是承载调控信息、整合细胞内外信号并塑造转录程序的动态平台。其可塑性不仅决定基因转录、DNA复制和损伤修复等基本生命过程;其失调也常与肿瘤等重大疾病的发生发展密切相关,因此成为理解疾病机制和发展精准干预策略的重要切入点。

实验室重点关注细胞如何感知复杂多变的微环境信号,并在染色质层面完成信息的存储、读取与转译,从而编译出具有特异性和时效性的基因转录程序。尤其关注代谢波动、应激压力等内外源信号如何被表观修饰系统整合,并进一步塑造细胞命运、功能状态及疾病演进。围绕这一主线,实验室从快速表观响应、长期表观记忆和可干预脆性节点三个层面展开研究,形成了“快感知、长记忆、靶脆性”的研究框架,致力于揭示细胞微环境信号表观编译的基本规律及其在重大疾病中的干预策略。
