孙露洋 教授

个人简介

孙露洋,教授,博士生导师,国家自然科学优秀青年基金获得者,入选中组部青年拔尖人才和教育部新世纪人才支持计划。在国家自然科学基金、科技部、北京市重点专项等课题资助下,围绕肿瘤发生、转移和临床耐药,鉴定了多个功能未知的表观因子和转录因子,揭示了组蛋白泛素化、乳酰化等对基因转录的表观调控,在Cell Metabolism, Molecular Cell, Cell Research, Nature Communications, STTT, PNAS, Nucleic Acids Research, Genes & Development, EMBO Reports等杂志发表论文。“乳腺癌发生发展的表观遗传机制”获国家自然科学二等奖(第四完成人);获中国发明专利授权2项,申请国际专利1项。

研究领域

高等真核生物的基因组DNA,通过缠绕组蛋白八聚体形成核小体,并经折叠形成染色质。染色质具有可塑性,对于需要读取DNA上编码信息的相关生物学过程如基因转录、DNA复制与损伤修复等至关重要。染色质可塑性的失调常伴随着包括肿瘤在内的疾病发生,同时也是疾病干预的重要靶点。

孙露洋课题组致力于肿瘤表观遗传的调控机制。利用基因组及表观组学技术及长读长基因测序结合经典的、分子生物学、细胞生物学以及生物信息学、结构生物学等方法,针对肿瘤发生发展的关键环节,探索组蛋白上化学修饰的催化与识别机制,发现未知的染色体易位及重要的增强子,为肿瘤的精准治疗提供潜在的分子靶点和理论依据。
