研究成果
主要从事免疫微环境和脂代谢的研究。既往研究从转录组学、蛋白组学、表观遗传学及脂质组学角度,解析了免疫细胞在胸腺以及外周组织中表型发育、分化、功能、代谢的规律。近5年重点解析:1)不同种类的脂肪酸对肿瘤微环境中淋巴细胞功能的影响及代谢机制。2)肠道和肝脏组织中淋巴细胞功能的脂代谢调节机制。3)溶血磷脂和神经酰胺对哮喘发生发展的影响及其机制。先后承担科技部国家重点研发计划,国家自然科学基金项目,北京市自然科学基金面上项目共10项,在Advanced Science (2026), European Respiratory Journal (2024),CellReports(2022),Cancer Research (2020,2021),Aging& Disease (2019),PNAS,Cell Mol Immunol,J Immunol 等国际著名期刊发表论文40余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者论文20篇,获批发明专利1项。曾获中国免疫学会第一届青年学者奖、北京大学基础医学院青年学者奖、第十届北京高校青年教师教学基本功比赛二等奖,最受学生欢迎奖等。现任中国免疫学会移植免疫分会第四届委员会委员,女医师协会干细胞和免疫细胞分会委员,北京免疫学会科普与教学工作委员会委员。北京市科技专家库专家,教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家。
