科研简介:
长期聚焦代谢—免疫交互调控的问题,研究肿瘤代谢紊乱,特别是氧化应激和糖酵解对浸润T细胞的功能调节和重塑。一系列研究
为破除肿瘤微环境中的代谢掣肘,增强免疫治疗提供了新的理论基础和应用靶点。作为第一或通讯作者(含共同)在
Nat.Immunol、Sci.Immunol、PNAS、Nat. Commun等杂志中发表SCI论文数篇,单篇他引最高600余次,研究工作写入1
部丛书。先后主持国家自然科学基金,北京市自然科学基金以及国家重点研发基金等多个项目。
