研究领域及方向:
主要研究方向为膜性细胞器发生和基于质谱到蛋白组学的研究。研究外泌体、新细胞器迁移体等细胞外囊泡发生、物质分选运输、细胞间信号沟通的分子细胞生物学机制。应用蛋白质谱技术大规模地发掘基于疾病问题和临床队列的生物标志物,探索疾病发生规律,重点关注基于细胞外囊泡的疾病诊断标志物鉴定和疾病发生发展机制。
