个人简介
长期从事肿瘤免疫治疗靶点鉴定及其临床应用探索研究,鉴定多个新的肿瘤-睾丸抗原并开展了基因工程修饰T细胞及基于肿瘤新生抗原的个体化疫苗的临床前研究,发现肿瘤-睾丸抗原促进肿瘤发生发展的新机制。作为第一作者或责任作者在 Oncogene, International Journal of Cancer, British Journal of Cancer 等国际杂志发表文章多篇,获国家发明专利授权四项。作为课题负责人,承担科技部863专项课题、国家自然科学基金及北京市自然科学基金课题多项;获国家教育部自然科学奖一等奖、中华医学科技奖二等奖和北京市科学技术奖二等奖。现任中国免疫学会自身免疫病分会委员,中国食品药品监督管理局医疗器械评审专家。
