简介

北京大学中国药物依赖性研究所重点室副主任,国家自然科学学基金委优秀青年基金获得者,入选国家重大人才工程青年项目、北京大学博雅青年学者和北脑青年学者。担任中国毒理学会药物依赖性专业委员会青委会主任委员、中国药物滥用防治协会成瘾与脑科学分会副主任委员、中国神经科学会应激神经生物学分会委员等。主要从事情绪记忆及相关精神障碍的神经生物学和临床心理学研究,发表SCI期刊发表论文40余篇,总引用2700余次,其中以第一作者或者通讯作者在 Science JAMA Psychiatry Molecular Psychiatry Nature Communications Biological Psychiatry Neuropsychopharmacology The Journal of Neuroscience SCI期刊发表论文20余篇,单篇最高引用470余次,研究发现相继被ScienceJAMA Psychiatry等杂志专评。

 

主要研究兴趣和方向

     1. 记忆的分子和环路研究:在动物模型和动物行为学基础上,综合分子生物学、光遗传学、在体超微型显微成像、记忆痕迹标记等技术手段,探索情绪记忆及相关疾病(成瘾、创伤后应激障碍)的分子及环路机制。  

2. 情绪解码和调控研究:采用人体心理学研究范式,综合人体脑深部电极记录和刺激、机器学习、闭环神经调控等技术,理解情绪(如同情心、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等)的神经编码机制,发展新的心理学和物理学干预手段。

3. 精神疾病干预策略研究:以精神疾病人群(成瘾、抑郁症患者等)为研究对象,通过随机对照的临床试验,实现药理学、心理学和物理学干预策略的临床转化应用。
