研究方向:

(1) 痛觉受体/离子通道的调控机制:慢性痛是临床亟待解决的一大难题,其发生与痛觉感受及传递神经元的异常高兴奋性有关。由于受体/离子通道决定了神经元的兴奋性,因此课题组靶向受体/离子通道的调控机制,对其在慢性痛过程中的可能变化及其作用展开研究,以期为慢性痛药物研发提供新靶点。

(2) 慢性痛-情绪相互作用的脑机制:通常情况下,痛感觉的产生都会伴随着不舒服、不愉悦的情绪产生,而慢性痛反复发作,对患者身心造成显著损害,甚至导致焦虑、抑郁等情绪产生。这些负性情绪反过来又促进慢性痛的发生,形成恶性循环。课题组靶向慢性痛及情绪情感加工的关键脑区,探讨其在慢性痛发生和发展中的可能作用,以期为慢性痛治疗提供可能的干预脑区或靶点。
