徐正仁博士长期从事天然产物/中药活性成分的发现、化学全合成、生物合成和化学-酶法合成等研究,同时通过结构改造提高天然产物/中药的活性和成药性,并阐明其作用靶点与机制,为创新药物的研发奠定基础。迄今为止,以责任/第一作者(含共同)在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,ACSCatal.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,PNAS等专业期刊上发表论文60余篇;主持和参与国自然面上项目和重大项目,国家重点研发计划,北京市自然科学基金重点项目。

1.天然产物/中药活性成分的化学-酶法合成和基因组挖掘;

2.新颖酶催化反应的开发;

3.活性天然产物的结构修饰和作用机制研究。
