朱毅教授,生理学及病生理学系副主任,北京大学糖尿病中心副主任。主要从事脂蛋白代谢与动脉粥样硬化及血管内皮激活的信号转导机制方面研究,曾独立主持美国AHA及国家自然科学基金,合作主持美国NIH基金的研究工作。在ATVB,Circulation,JBC, PNAS 等SCI收录的杂志上发表研究论文30余篇。目前主持多项国家级课题,主要研究方向包括:① 血管内皮细胞的信号传导,caveolea 蛋白质组学及动脉粥样硬化分子机制;② 血管内皮与LDL、HDL的相互作用及内皮在血管壁脂质转运中的作用;③ 核受体LXR,HNF4及转录因子SREBPs在脂代谢中的作用机制及与动脉粥样硬化的关系。
