崔庆华副教授，工学博士，分别于1999年和2002年获得河北工业大学工学学士和工学硕士学位，主要从事自动控制和机器人视觉的研究工作。2002-2005年，在中科院自动化所模式识别国家重点实验室攻读博士学位，开始生物信息学的研究工作。2005年获得博士学位后加入加拿大国家研究委员会生物技术研究所计算化学与计算生物学研究组（Computational Chemistry & Biology Group, Biotechnology Research Institute, National Research Council Canada）继续从事生物信息学的研究。2007年8月加入北京大学基础医学院医学信息学系。在5年多的生物信息学研究工作中，他的研究涉及到了生物标记物检测、基因芯片数据分析、基因组学、蛋白质组学以及系统生物学等领域。已发表10篇SCI论文，主要代表性论文包括： Cui Q, Ma Y, Jaramillo M, Bari H et al., A map of human cancer signaling.
